2. User Responsibility and Safety
You are fully responsible for your actions and choices when using this app. You should only attempt physical intimacy that:
- Is safe and consensual between you and your partner.
- Respects the personal boundaries and comfort levels of both partners.
- Matches your physical abilities and does not result in injury or discomfort.
Please avoid any activity that could cause pain, strain, or emotional discomfort. Communication and mutual respect between partners are essential.
3. No Medical Advice
The app does not provide any medical or health advice. If you experience pain, discomfort, or uncertainty regarding your sexual health or performance, consult a licensed physician or therapist.

4. Age Restriction
This app is intended for adults aged 17 and older. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly allow users under 18 to access the app.
5. Content Usage
All content provided in the app, including illustrations, descriptions, and suggestions, is copyrighted and for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share any part of the app content without prior written permission.
6. Third-Party Service
We may use third-party services (e.g., Firebase) to improve the app’s functionality and performance. Use of these services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any content or actions of third-party services.
7. Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for any physical, emotional, or relationship consequences resulting from the use or misuse of the app. By using the app, you accept that:

8. In-App Purchases and Subscription
The app may offer premium content and features through in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions. When you make a purchase or subscribe:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of confirmation.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
- All payments and billing are handled by Apple, and we do not store or have access to your payment details.

Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
Some features that may be unlocked with a subscription include:
- Access to the full library of intimacy guides and positions.
- Personalized recommendations.
- No ads during usage.
- Offline access to saved content.
9. Modifications to the App or Terms
We may modify or discontinue the app or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
