Welcome to PixelLab: AI Photo Editor (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.

1. General Usage

PixelLab is an AI-powered photo editing application. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the App, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the App into other languages, or make derivative versions. The App itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to the Developer.

2. AI Features & Disclaimer

The App uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to edit photos (e.g., “Make My Cartoon”, “Remove BG”, “Object Remove”).

• Accuracy: While we strive for high accuracy, AI results vary depending on the image quality. We do not guarantee that every AI generation will be perfect or error-free.
• User Responsibility: You agree not to use the AI features to generate offensive, illegal, explicit, or infringing content. We reserve the right to ban users who use the App for malicious purposes.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

PixelLab offers “Pro” features (e.g., AI Cartoon, Unlimited Removals) via auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package (Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly).
• Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

4. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload and edit within PixelLab. We do not claim ownership of your content. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the editing features. We do not sell your photos to third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. In no event shall the Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
