Your pause history, reflections, focus sessions, and settings are stored on your device. We do not maintain a cloud database of this information.
Family Controls Permission
Pausa requests access to Apple’s Family Controls framework only to provide screen-time management features that you choose to enable. You can revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.
